One day training courses do not work!
This is a strange statement to make considering I am a corporate trainer who gets paid to deliver one and two day programs on topics such as leadership, team work, etc.
But what I mean is that training is not what works, people do.
People who commit to making changes and aspiring to be their consistent best, will reap the rewards of phenomenal success.
I am sure you know this is the case too.
At some stage, everyone who has been to a training course has left with great ideas that were never put into action.
I must admit, that I have done this myself. You can feel ok about admitting it too.
My experience in this field only spans 12 years and before that I was busy rowing at four Olympic Games. The biggest lesson I learnt from my rowing career was the value of having a coach.
In life and business this is critical also. Coaches keep you on track and will make the one or two day training course pay massive dividends for you.
How many times do you think I turned up to rowing training without wanting to be there? More than a handful?
The truth is, there were more times than I could count, that I would have preferred to stay in bed.
I never did stay in bed though.
There must be a way to stay motivated. Right?
Let me show you, click on the image below to begin your journey.....

I knew that if I was to experience any sort of success, I would have to commit to my best effort every time I walked into the rowing club.
I knew my coach would be there too. My coach was always there. Always willing to give his best advice to all the athletes he coached.
I too am a business owner. Self-employed my entire career. Always, it is my responsibility to make things happen how I want them to happen.
I have learnt hard lessons. Lessons about business and life that I will teach my children. One of the lessons is that when you are honest with yourself, there are no excuses. You either get what you want or not. No one cares about your excuses either.
Studies suggest only 10% of the population have a learning attitude. That is, they freely partake in developing themselves and improving their potential.
Want to be in the top 10%?
I lost a gold medal in 2000 by 0.29%. We needed to be a little bit better that day. Because of this, when you work with me, we will be focusing on the things that make a difference to your performance.
The little things do matter.
As an example, we will work on your physiology, your psychology and your emotional state. We will explore how these three critical functions are intrinsically linked together. And how by not getting one function right, will create major issues in another area. Bottom line, your performance will suffer.
Get it right and you give yourself a gift. An opportunity to experience a level of success that you will feel you deserve and will believe you are capable of.
It is easy to begin. Our work together is also guaranteed. I do not get you to sign contracts or pay in advance. You can come and go as you please. This is how my rowing career was structured also. I could choose any coach I wanted. The reality is that I had the same coach for three Olympic Games.
Why? Because my Coach inspired me, I continued to learn from him and together we were a team.
